Processing times for shipments are 1-3 business days. It takes an average of 5-14 business days for delivery of your purchase, depending on location.

Hidden Hills Club accepts credit/debit cards only. No other payment options are facilitated.

Orders can be changed or modified until an order is fulfilled. please email us at support@hiddenhillsclub.com

Due to age verification once your order has been placed, you cannot modify your address. You can change your shipping address in your account settings for future orders.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Please carefully inspect your order promptly upon delivery. Should you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service support immediately by email at support@hiddenhillsclub.com

NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED

If you purchased our product through another source, you will need to go directly to that source for any returns.

If a shipment goes 10 or more business days without carrier scans or movements, we can deem the shipment as lost and offer a replacement order or a refund.
