I recently purchased a HH & Friends disposable from a local business. I got home and realized one tank was bone dry and the other side full. The local
Business has a "no refunds or exchanges once you leave the site" policy. So I decided to reach out to HH costumer service and see if they could help me out. Within 2 hours I was met with a reply asking for pics of the device and the receipt . Within a total of 6 hours I had a replacement device on its way to me.
