This is by far my favorite of the Hidden Hills brand! It taste really good, is smooth, and I can definitely feel a difference.

I suffer from terrible anxiety where I get stuck in fight/flight mode and during these times I need to not think or feel and need to completely escape from everything. This blend helps quell the fears and ruminations and brings me to a realm of complete calm. I take 3 medications for anxiety, and I still suffer. Yet a few hits of this, and I can feel my tense body relax and my mind quiet down.
This blend is very potent. I do not feel any negative side effects, but I do tend to get couch locked and blank out, though.
I would not use this blend if I had plans or work to do, as I feel the opposite of productive. I also don't feel talkative or euphoric.
